Short summery
VHE is a high-tech company with approximately 170 colleagues and growing ambitions. In this dynamic and innovative environment, we are looking for a module assembler who likes to work on challenging technical projects within industrial automation. You independently build complex control modules based on technical drawings and electrical schematics for machines used at the forefront of the high-tech industry. You are the technical point of contact for your colleagues on the production floor.
What will you do?
You independently build complex modules and control cabinets from technical drawings and electrical schematics, without the need for step-by-step work instructions. You work according to IPC standards and deliver high-quality results right the first time.
Any issues identified by the testing department are analyzed and resolved by you independently. You provide feedback to Engineering and Production Preparation on manufacturability and assembly times. You support less experienced module builders and serve as their first point of contact for technical questions.
You will work on projects for leading companies in the high-tech industry. Most modules are built outside the cleanroom, although you may occasionally work inside one.
What do you bring?
- At least 3 years of experience building modules, control panels, switch cabinets, or cable harnesses.
- Demonstrable experience working independently from technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of and experience working according to IPC standards.
- An MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering (Level 3 or 4), or an equivalent level acquired through experience.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English at working proficiency level, with a willingness to share your knowledge with colleagues.
What do we offer?
- A gross monthly salary between €3,400 and €4,000, depending on your education and experience, plus holiday allowance and paid overtime.
- 40 days of annual leave.
- Day shifts only, with weekends off. Your workday starts between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM.
- An employment contract for a minimum of 12 months. Upon good performance, this will be converted into a permanent contract.
