On November 1, 2023, VHE Industrial Automation will acquire the panel construction activities of QnQ Engineering B.V. located in Son en Breugel. The specialist in Machine Control, Machine Connectivity, and Motion Control systems had previously expressed its commitment to achieving accelerated growth, both organically and through acquisitions. In pursuit of this goal, VHE partnered with Torqx Capital Partners. The acquisition of QnQ Engineering B.V.’s panel construction activities marks VHE’s first step in its acquisition strategy.
The acquisition of QnQ Engineering B.V.’s panel construction activities by VHE Industrial Automation benefits both parties. For VHE, this acquisition represents a significant milestone on the accelerated growth path that the company envisions for the coming years. Additionally, the acquisition allows VHE to expand its customer and product portfolio in the high-tech sector. On the other hand, QnQ will refocus on its core offering of providing (flexible) capacity at the customer’s location.
